Three Milk Cake Recipe
Ingredients For Sponge
1. Eggs: 4
2. Sugar:55 gm
3. Flour :75 gm
4. Corn flour: 1 tsp
5. Baking powder: ½ tsp
6. Vanilla essence : few drops
For The Filling
1. Evaporated milk: 225 gm
2. Condensed milk: 225 gm
3. Milk 150 gm
To Decorate
1. White chocolate: 100 gm
2. Whippy whip cream: 60 gm
3. Chocolate: 100 gm
4, Whippy whip cream: 60 gm
5. Butter: 40 gm
Method
Beat together eggs and sugar well.
Add in flour, corn flour, baking powder and vanilla essence. Fold well.
Then add the batter in 7-inch mold and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 30 minutes.
For The Filling
In a bowl add milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk, mix well.
Pour the mixture onto the cake and freeze it overnight.
Then beat whippy whip cream and add to the cake. Allow it to cool.
Now make ganache out of white chocolate and add to the cake.
Then melt together chocolate, whippy whip cream and butter.
Add onto the cake and set aside until well settled.
